The KOA in Beaver, Utah was much nicer than the average KOA campgrounds we have stayed at. KOA in Beaver, UT is about four miles off of I15, but it was very easy to get to. This KOA offers larger than usual sites and almost all of the sites had a paver patio with a picnic table. The lanes between the sites were very large allowing for easy access in and out. The camp store is stocked with almost anything you could need or want. From food to RV essentials they have you covered.
The dog park was large enough for large dogs to run around in. They have several agility obstacles to keep your dog busy when they need to burn off some energy from a long day on the road. The bags and trash can was located at the gate to the dog park and kept stocked and clean.
The staff is fantastic and eager to assist with anything you need. They are very welcoming and attentive when you ask them for suggestions on local things to do, see and eat. They suggested a couple of places to eat and a great Jeep trail nearby. We tried them all. To our surprise, all the suggestions they gave us were excellent suggestions. The Timberline Restaurant was the best place to eat in this small community. The food there was fantastic, and you can read that review here.
